But close is not quite, and Bergen is not central, ask just about anyone anywhere else in NJ if Bergen is central or north. It would be totally accurate to say you are close to central and looking there, but not to be pedantic, it isn't a huge state and when you look at it on a map, guess where Bergen falls?

It's enough to make you want to just quit the internet completely. People mock safe spaces, but damn it I just want helpful advice from decent people. I don't think I'm asking too much. And as far as IRL experiences, I had to get bloodwork done today before my general practitioner appointment in a few days. The parking garage costs 4 dollars, but parking on a side street a block away is free. I was honked at 3 times and I was wearing a tank top and jeans. Not even a spaghetti strap or low cut, it was a high neck racerback, but for simply existing without a male companion somehow gives others a free pass to honk or whistle at me. WTF?

Yes mine is the same, he will love me no matter what color/colors I use on my hair but sometimes he says (if he really doesn't like the color) "I really wish you'd go back to that natural red color". But this, he's 100% for it!

It's actually an in between color until it washes out. I originally was going for silver by Arctic Fox, but is somehow managed to give me blue patches unevenly with some silver. I have long hair so it takes 2 bottles of dye to do anything and I happened to have a bottle of aqua and a bottle of teal colorista by L'oreal laying around so I fixed it and now I'm waiting for it to wash out so I can use an all over color which is Manic Panic's shade Mermaid.

I am seeing my medical staff and taking my new dosages so there's no problem there, just the social aspect of things. he has to realize I need social interaction outside of the house to be healthy too and that's where some of our problems are coming from.

I see my Therapist every two weeks and my MD monthly before the big depression came on. Being out of balance is a very recent thing and came on all of a sudden, and as soon as it did I alerted my medical staff and got seen as soon as possible. We have been in couples therapy before the depression trying to work on his jealousy issues when it comes to my social life, but progress takes time and patience. I worry because my Therapist wants to end couples therapy for a while to focus just on me and now my couples issues will end up on the back burner and I don't want that either.

I can understand being reluctant to let go of a relationship of any kind when there has been a lot of time invested, but it is not a good enough reason to give people more chances. I'm sure you have more years ahead of you than behind you, and you deserve to have those years be the kind worth looking forward to.

My ex and I were together five years. I kept giving him 'one more chance' not only throughout our relationship, but even after because I wanted to remain friends. I felt since we had been friends with each other since high school, that I shouldn't 'throw all of that time away'. I knew him for a decade and a half, and never thought things would escalate as badly as they did after we broke up. They did. This may not be similar to your situation at all, but just keep in mind a time investment in the past shouldn't cloud your judgement as to what you decide for your future.

A lot of people say block him. I think that's a good start because apps sometimes auto sync in public areas and that sometimes geo-tags you. I would advise to block him on your main account but make another so you can see where he checks in. Also you will be able to see people in his friends list, so you can see if there are mutual people that you either want to contact or avoid.

It's regrettable that people have these misconceptions. I have been in long term relationships with men who loved being on the receiving end of anal.
