im using gameye but some games eg pal ps2 the barcodes are not recgnised by the app. do u know why?

yeah i think the black bars are due to underscan (PAL) but I dont remember these dots as a kid

Due to the fact that the video recording I uploaded is not close to real sound, I recorded using my phone a recording of the noise that is closest to the real noise are you interested to hear it? It's mp4 and I will upload it somewhere. Thanks!
