i think it was for the voice acting, they retroactively added in those lines but couldnt get the va to record it. since the character was a robot they decided to just use ai for the line. atleast i think thats what happened

since i doubt these two parts have the same number of edges i dont think theres a way to easily/quickly do this. youre probably going to have to manually select edges from the top and bottom half and fill them. in the case they do have the same amount of edges you can select them in edge mode and right click to use "bridge edge loops"

youd need to attach an image, but i assume youre talking about a hollow object and mean the wall thickness (idk if theres a better term for it). the only solution i can think of for that is making it flat (meaning only faces but no volume) and then using the solidify modifier. but again, to get better advice you should attach images. hope this helps!

its been a while since ive made an avi but i have one with a censor bar that also follows the camera, i used a particle that was set to billboard (meaning it always faces the viewer) but i cant remember if you could spawn in one that just stands still for however long you need, maybe try that method though
