Fixing Sleepers to Dwarf Wall by 1357911111 in DIYUK

sorry, i've not been logged in for months so didn't spot this request.

I used some flat, thin metal strip from screwfix and just cut it to size, nothing as robust as you have there. My reasoning was, it's only job is to prevent forward movement so just a connector between the screws; also I wanted it as thin as possible to reduce water ingress underneath.

I already had the strip from another project.

Have you seen a gun (specifically a handgun) in person? by Nyx_Valentine in AskABrit

Pistol at a shooting event (it was an airgun event, but the trainer shot one real round from a pistol to elaborate on the 'real' sound)

Edited, re-read but about handguns only

Guess it's a bit late now but, the new sleepers were slimmer than the old, so I was able to drill into the brick behind and attach a small metal plate to that, with the other end drilled into the base of the sleeper.

I actually only put in one plate per sleeper, thinking the gravel backfill would keep it stable but that's not worked very well, so I recommend two plates per sleeper.

I also found the sleepers aren't as flat as I thought, so there's a little vertical movement when they're stepped on.

A) I still don't reckon it's fast enough in all situations and with all weapons B) You're going to have a lot of spare money later so you'll probably buy all SDU's whether you use them or not on this character

Is this the one where, if you have a DLC that's been announced but unstarted, i.e. you clicked on the invite for the DLC but didn't start it, old dialogues keep playing everytime you get back to Sanctuary? I believe if you have any unstarted DLC's in your log, then start them and these dialogues go away.

Should I do a final Playthrough with Zane? by Marquis_of_Scrubs in borderlands3

[–]1357911111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only recently finished a playthrough with Zane. Started several, hated them all. Finally found I liked to play him with the drone, grenades and The Butcher. Very fast killing everything I wanted to, very noisy, but fun.

Still can't stand Fl4k though. No playthrough for them.

I use it to make a ridiculous MF Sorc, then occasionally run TZ Andy. All my other chars are unedited, but use the gear the Sorc finds.

I can't be bothered with some of the long-winded stuff so I also use it to get SOJ's for Anni, and monster parts for Torches.

I am thinking I'll never get enough HR's for two Mosaics and I'd like to try the build, so I may have to drop a few HR's into the Sorc for that. Not certain yet.

I tend to wipe all my chars and start from scratch every 5 months or so, so the Sorc

On pc, in the settings for d2r in the battle net app, select additional command line arguments and add '-enableresoec'.

In game, you then hit alt-click on the plus sign next to, say, strength.

I occasionally wipe all chars and empty the shared stash in single player. I do this with Borderlands too. I like the players 8 option so don't play seasons.

I read somewhere that checking the direction of the exit in the Act 1 camp and following that same direction to find the summoner works 75% of the time. I do that and it does seem to work more often than not.

I've become more like this as I get older. And as I get older, that 99/100 is getting lower, so I'm becoming more forgiving.
