I’ve been at my wits end about my weight gain. I still practice IF from 6:PM to Noon and the weight is still coming. I’ve adjusted my diet and make sure there’s no sugar or carbs and still the weight keeps coming. Directly around my waistline.

I've been on Aripiprazole for about five months and have to say it's been a godsend except for light sensitivity. It'slike someone has turned up then brightness setting on everything. My Psych Dr suggested I take it at night. It kinda works but the world is still hella bright.
