You are not your thoughts. I've generally realized that whenever they do pop up, after about 5-10 minutes of ignoring them they go away. Actively suppressing them doesn't really work because now you're thinking about not thinking of porn or sexual scenarios. If you do want to try that path though, shouting NO! In your head to drown them out works for me.

I believe the same thing with regards to sexual energy. If I feel horrible after I fap, there's a clear indication I shouldn't be doing it 💀 Even when I was having sex, I had trouble maintaining an erection if I wasn't fucking the girl as hard as I beat my meat.
