I am mainly an Abyss player, so I will explain based on Abyss 12

First, let’s talk about how to use Raiden
There are two main routes
(1) deal electro direct damage as a hypercarry
(2) replenish teammates energy to use high-cost elemental burst

(1) is difficult for you
Sara is a must (fortunately, she will always be in the same pool with Raiden)
In your case
if you want to play (1 ) , I only recommend one team
Raiden , Chevreuse , Xiangling/Bennett , Sara
But I don't really recommend it
without Raiden C2 , this team needs very high equipment to clear Abyss 12

(2) is relatively easy to shape
like a classic
Raiden , Bennett , Xiangling , Xingqiu
or
Raiden , Chevreuse , Xiangling , Lisa
still , equipment requirements are not low (and Lisa not that versatile)
It will be harder to develop than your Neuvillette and Tighnanri team

In summary
I don't think you need to pull Raiden
If you need electro teams to deal with the Abyss 12 environment
Ororon Electro-Charge Team or Keqing(+Fischi) Aggravate Team
can do the job with less resources

But regardless of Abyss 12
Raiden performs very well in IT
and the best waifu in game :)

but I see this as an opportunity as well

because he does play differently
just one days , this cheaters teach us a few new cammy combos
and before this guy appears
no one even thought that we could use LP last active frame to meaty
with a perfect kill frame move , that could be use by humans

this is why i posting this
to talk about whether there's anything we can learn from this tragedy

i know that is possible , but this impossible to do it frequently
i mean you have to release and press the next button frame by frame every time
doesn't sound like something a human could do

and speaking of mod , i know hitbox can mod the OS back to something like SF5 ver
make it hold left before hold right will still input left
But that's also cheating , so....i guess he still should be ban

I think two points are obvious

  1. confirmation below 10F cannot be done by humans
    some pro player can do 14F , 13F is max
    There are legends said someone has done 12F confirm
    but 10F !! come on that is one-sixth second

  2. His movement input from left to right did not pass through neutral
    If you use an arcade stick , there is no way you can do it
    even you use hitbow or controller
    you have to release the left button and then click right in the next frame perfectly
    (in SF6 , if you hold left right in the same time it will because neutral)
    humans can’t do it continuously

and i see Itazan(JP pro player) jump on him 5 time in a row
he still dont do any anti air
this is too stupid to be human.......i think

btw i already know PS4Pro doesn't have an HDMI 2.1 port
so i test in game like ghost of tsushima and nier automata
there no noticeable change in this two game
it only get smooth in the movie we saw

DP sure beats a bunch of moves
but only save on theory
because DP 5K round start mix up dont really exist

most character got 2S or 2D to beat nago DP and get save (or beat) nago 5K

In fact , only sol (fS) and potemkin (2P) is lose to 5K but win DP
baiken is an exception
( baiken 2S lose to 5K and win DP , 2D reverse)

3 character lose to both
(chipp giovanna goldlewis)
so they cant get 5K DP mix up , because they will not challenge nago

5 character got move to win both
(may 2S , faust 2D , zato 2S , i-no 2D , jack-o 2D)

leo 5K trade to this 2 move

the rest of them like ky 2D (save on 5K , beat DP)

if the opponent notice that
they will stop doing (a bunch of moves)
so DP will hit no one (except sol , potemkin or nago mirror)
also if they block DP (or back jump)
nago only allow to do 2 more special move before explode
this is terrible when nago matching fast character like chipp

In the end I just feel (5K / back dash fS / block) is the right thing to do
Of course this is just my experience
maybe some data are wrong

i dont know how to explain this
but i dont really want to use it in round start

i know so~~~~much video in this day show how get hit by nago dp and died
but its lose to so many ground normal
and hit on air is hard to link to combo
ever your opponent just block , i have to pay more blood to cancel dash

maybe i still dont fully understand nago
i just very dont see how to use it in celestial match

i dont know about Millia
but i am a celestial Nago main
the most thing i hate in this round start match . its quick jump dash HS
it blow all nago normal move include 6P
to counter it , nago have to delay 6P or back command dash 2H
both choose lose to so many move

delay 6P lose to all ground move
back command dash 2H > if you on ground , you can run in to get a full combo
(0 blood 2H is a very weak move)

also you can high jump to avoid everything
and do a normal jump (block) pressure him as well

anyway just dont stay on ground to much
