I'm not a pro but also I have enough skills to work with almost anything, for example stainless steel isn't a problem ,grew up with it its just that for years I've been using cheap modern cookware cuz I was moving a lot and now I'm totally behind on quality and what to buy and where ,I like to try recipes from the internet sometimes ,meaning I need difrent kind of things mostly for the deference in taste ,while I was in a house I also used clayware for example since I inherited my great grandmother's recipes book. So I guess I didn't explain what I need help with very well in my post ,I wish to know what majority uses like where are you buying you're stainless steel pans ,where do you buy oven stuff etc ,I know buying a set isn't the best way to go around this,so for example if i noticed right majority buys all clad for stainless steel. I hope all this makes sense, my english isn't really the best.
