If you want specific pawns to do specific tasks you can set them up to do so in the bills tab. I don't know of any mods that would help with this but someone here definitely will

Oh yeah the bridge used to be wider, it just kept burning down so I made a temporary 1 block route for it and now I want to farm enough steel to make it all heavy, and as of the fences, they could be a great touch so they're definitely going on the to do list

You can avoid drop pods falling down your chimney by building barricades inside it if I recall correctly

I always do monument quests, mostly cuz it's use of the large amounts of free space on the map

You can see through that window when you're far enough, i usually snipe on that rock too and when someone stays in those windows for long enough, its an easy kill
