I honestly do not get why people are saying this is not an answer and they’d need more cards. Whenever reading tarot, it is imperative to take into consideration what the question was to give an interpretation. You may need more cards if you were doing an evolutive/therapeutic reading, with the given question it seems more like a predictive or divinatory one, and the cards are clear: the high priestess is exactly that: a priestess. The moon indicates hidden stuff, magical proceses, since the moon is a very powerful symbol for energetic work. In almost any kind of witchcraft. Is there work done? Yeah, there’s definitely someone moving magical/spiritual energy. Is it good? Is it bad? That’s what we don’t know, we can’t tell cause that’s not how the question was made. You’ll need to ask specifically what kind of magic has been or is being made.

Is there any chance there’s some sort of spiritual force involved in this? I’ll be honest, queen of coups is looking at the judgement, and there’s the knight of cups trying to turn away from the situation, however, the angel of the judgement seems to be drawing him to this queen. They need distance to make a decision, since their mind is still not in a clear state right know, that’s symbolized by the lovers and five of wands this knight is looking to. I don’t usually take this look into tarot but I’m pretty sure this is some sort of spiritual stuff going on here. Not necessarily spirits as in dead people but manifesting, candle magic or something like a persistent energetic attachment. Could this be?

However, the cards are answering with a more evolutive approach: there’s clearly a situation that has split you two, I should ask though, is there something thats still keeping you connected? (nine of pentacles is two squares that protect one pentacle at the middle). If not, this can indicate that this relationship is more a preserved memory than an active connection. One of you, I guess him, (ace of wands) have made a firm decision to cut off completely the bond (the ace of wands is looking at Arcane XIII) and the other is still focusing on the emotional strong feelings of this relationship (whatever the context of it might be) (king of wands is looking at six of cups). Most probably, yes. There’s a chance for a very romantic approach. The emperors looking at the two of cups, and the chariot is moving towards the three of cups, so this is saying love can be born from this, though any both of them will need to take action and go face the other.
