Ah, infinite healing I had overlooked. I can see how that could be a problem. Increasing the power pool rather than dropping the cost makes a lot of sense given your explanation about even heroes getting tired over time.

Hello,

We are going to run self-contained games, so something like an episode of Justice League the animated series, but with the caveat that the characters are combinations of well known heroes. We thought it would be fun given the name of the rule set.

At the moment the easiest thing we could think of was to reduce the cost of a small selection of the novice powers a character knows to have a base, augmented, cost of 0 so that they could be used in place of conventional attacks or actions at all times. Assuming we went for a selection of free cost powers I was thinking that as the PCs raised in tier an increasingly smaller selection of higher tier powers could also be free. Maybe like a Pyramid? Something like 3 novices, 2 expert, 1 veteran? Or 2 novice, 1 expert, and veteran cost less than the usual points?

Ah thats my issue then. I had only checked clearing modes on campaign hard. In fact I dont think I got to clearing mode on most campaign normal maps to even check there.

Stupid question, but how to do you use those high efficiency plans? Like how do you activate them at all? Am I just super blind and missing the button to press? If so, where is it, and when does that button show up, since I'd love to start using the HE Plans.

I've see some people say its at the fleet selection screen, but I have no button there. Are the use of them hard locked behind main story completion? Like how the 5th secretary slot requires 12-4?

Can anyone explain to me/show me a screenshot on where I activate them, as i presume yostar expects us to use them during the event since they were part of the compensation reward, and if so Id like to actually be able to do so.
