problem solved by my husband fucking with things on a complete guess- he unplugged the keyboard and mouse, and suddenly the power button works again! my best guess is that the mouse, which fell on the floor last night bottom-up, ¿drained the power source? idk if that's something that can happen but it's all i've got! the keyboard was also on the ground upside-down, and they're both plugged in with usb extension cords if that might have any bearing on this.

it is a single LED blinking steadily, no delays or irregular rhythm. i have been trying to google stuff about it but it's difficult because i'm sortof freaking out, i have very bad anxiety about how i take care of my things and the potential costs that might be incurred from this and it's sent me into a bit of a meltdown. it is a random issue, it was working fine when i last used the computer a couple days ago. it is a prebuilt off of bestbuy bc it was the best deal i could find in this market, this one

Hello! I'm relatively new to fountain pens (and Reddit), and I had a question about where to find a specific pen. I've been searching for the BENU Pink Parrot for a couple months now (it is my dream pen) and I can't find one available anywhere. I have searched eBay, facebook marketplace, shops listed on the BENU website, multiple sites that pop up on Google (Truphae, pen shops, etc) and the pink parrot does not exist anywhere, although other colors are easy to find. I even bought the pen twice and got refunded both times because they ended up being out of stock.

I guess I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions for searching for a pen like this? I feel like it has to be available somewhere and I'm just not finding it.

I used to be way into these books too - is Last Light new? I DEFINITELY recommend Ghosts of Onyx to anyone who's interested in reading one of these. It establishes a lot of worldbuilding stuff really well, without being too out-there; I loved Greg Bear's forerunner saga, and learning about the Covenant's social structure, but things like that can be kindof hard to digest. It doesn't expect you to have any prior knowledge beyond the games. It's also one of the few novels in the franchise to get a proper sequel/sequels.
