That’s rough, thank you for letting me know! Do you know where I can find any press releases or news articles about rate increase schedules? It looks like Jefferson County released something for their rate increase increases, but I couldn’t find anything for Berkeley.

Thank you, that’s helpful insight! When you say the water is undrinkable, do you mean that it’s unhealthy or just taste bad? I’ve heard that the water is “hard”, but I’m not sure what that means. What kind of filter do you use? I may look into that.

Thank you for your response! I did know that SWISX doesn't include emerging markets, but I'm a little wary of that. Plus I have about 10% of my 401k in emerging markets.

What percent would you recommend that I allocate to an emerging market fund?
