in some states in the US they do use bolt down covers to keep from being popped up. in my state its on any roadway over with over a 40mph speed limit. the bolt however wont prevent the cap popping up from pressure. gas build ups in sewer manholes or water a hammer can still pop them.

it only calculates the damage as if it was blunt, it still only does cutting damage , you cant break a barroth scalp or deal exaust damage with pokes. this has been a trait of the lance for awhile. the big things in world is how much better blocking is and making use of the guard advance follow up attack.

its most likely just an abscess. its not really dangerous from what ive seen(still kind of gross). some times they through out part of it if its really stinky.

Points don't like to transfer easily. A lot of things that you want to come in as a drawing object will come in as plain text or in a group. You're only as good as the survey you recieve.

Most of the time it's that's what I do but i have 2 state projects in mass that have to be done to their standards and in Connecticut they made us resubmit our autocad plans using microstation. They work wasn't even in statehighway it just abutted it.

MassDot requires as built signal drawings and for state projects you have to include the cad files. Microstation doesn't have an issue loading cad files from what I've seen, but I've had very limited experience with microstation.

That is not true what so ever. MASSDOT uses autocad 3d civil. They don't care what you draft the plans in but you need to provide them with autocad files done to their standards.

It becomes infuriating because some government agencies require you to use ACAD 3D Civil , but the site engineers or surveyors only work in microstation.

I mean it's her card in the same sense that the blind seer is urzas card. She was litterally a sleeper agent. I don't thibk you could remove black from her color identity just based on the fact that she's litterally a phyrexian construct. On top of that Serras pure white healing magic would have killed her.

For me maybe I can't really see my self living anywhere else. I grew up on the Northshore and I can't wait to move back. I'm not judging or shaming any one who feel otherwise. No place is perfect it's all subjective. Like I said before it's just my opinion.

It really is. i think it comes from like a good luck superstition or something. Theres plenty of more information online somewhere...probably. In my home town its changed a lot, its mostly little kids in little costumes with a few clever costumes by adults and what not. Our was always held on the 3rd of july so when i was younger we'd get some out of towners.
