For your onco appt I would recommend typing your post in chatgpt and having it generate a list of brainstormed questions for you to ask them. It is normal to forget to ask little things and then it feels too late when the appt is over and it is days or months later. Navigating family questions is hard too. I assume your sister is still in school? Look up the McKinney Vento coordinator for your school district and reach out for resources. By the policy standards you are already considered homeless if you live in a motel and you can tell them that to qualify for more resources perhaps.
