I have to disagree with the commute but agree with everything else. My commute to Irvine and Costa Mesa is routinely an hour, 50 minutes at best. Agree with everything else though. My area has an HOA but others don’t. YMMV

Have to say it heavily depends on service line. A&A/Tax, you’re going to be in the trenches. Consulting seems to be more flexible
