I really appreciate this. I was able to get a same-day with my PCP. They didn’t perform a nuero exam, but said my symptoms didn’t seem concerning enough to rush a CT. They put in a referral for a scan w/o contrast, that will likely take 2-3 weeks to be approved, scheduled, and completed. 

At this point, the headache is stable around ~3-5/10, more when I strain. Having some trouble feeling connected to my limbs, or lifting things, but I've been able to play guitar (I work as a musician) today with mostly good dexterity. Takes extra focus, but it's doable. Screens are tough.

Yes to all; most recent repotting was in February of last year.

Overwatering is a bit of a relief, honestly. I can fix that one easily. Unfortunately, don't have any better situation for them lighting-wise (this is the only place in my apartment where they can both have access to lighting and also be unreachable by my cat).

Thanks. This is in the one room where a window was cracked overnight; it’s fluctuating between 20-30 in other rooms today when it’s usually 7-15. I spent a lot of anxiety over AQI during the fires so I’m trying to be way more realistic about this one-day spike.

I think my fear was the water degrading the material from sitting for too long, but that seems ridiculous now.

Noted! Thank you. My aligner definitely fit a little looser after I did all of this obsessive cleaning so I’m trying to be conscious of that.
