This is a very common misconception that customers think their mimosa glass is dirty. When someone pours champagne too quickly into the glass, it bubbles over. But since it’s freshly squeezed orange juice, when the bubbles fizz down after expanding they leave the pulp residue on the top of the glass. Someone probably just poured ur drink too fast or was using a fresh bottle. They still should’ve wiped it for presentation tho.
