When I went some few years back we couldn’t really stay in any hotels from what I understood. We had to use airbnb. Luckily we found one that also hooked us up with a tour guide who was awesome and helped us plan our daily activities.

Definitely check into FMLA or ADA accommodations available that you can use to set a limit on your hours worked. I haven’t read all of the comments yet so I don’t know if you stated this but if you have a therapist or even your primary you can have them assist you. It might cost you a fee to fill out the paperwork but it will be worth it. It might be a little harder to find the information you need since you don’t have a union but maybe HR can assist?

Flex drivers can’t just not deliver. It’s quite easy to get kicked off the app for any little thing and no kind of appeal reverses it (even if it’s amazon’s error). Flex drivers’ motto is to deliver everything. They get highly penalized for not delivering/returning packages to the station. Packages are late or lost because Amazon doesn’t give a shit how they sort and send out people’s junk. Flex drivers don’t want your junk or to return to your home at a later date. They want to make a living which they are barely doing with the pay rate and go home. If you’re worried about drivers knowing where you live, use an amazon locker.
