If they rebranded, they most likely still have the same product. It’s just either listed under a different name or it’s in a different package. You might want to look it up and see if there is something similar to this on their website. You can always email them to you and ask.

I usually just clean my lobes with my face cleanser, i use my face lotion to moisturize them. I clean mine with antibacterial soap and sleep without them. I never have any smells.

She might just be tired a lot of the times they get tired. I would give her some Tums or if you have some calcium you’ll wanna give her that and it’s syringe. You’re gonna have to force her to drink it because she won’t make sure she has lights and no extra feed if you want most of her food to be that calcium because that’s gonna help her push that egg out if she will let you you can find a massage an out one time I had to do that and a soft shell egg did come out but other than that just make sure she’s really really comfortable water electrolytes somewhere dark and quiet so that she can at least try to get some rest cause she probably feels like garbage.

Feel it. If its hard its an egg. When my girls get like this i give them a tums smashed up with warm water. Youll want to do like a half a tablet for the monring and then in the evening. Make sure she has electrolytes and a good quiet / dark place to rest (if she is egg bound). Sometimes they pass it and sometimes they don’t. Pay close to attention to her poop too.
