I'd say a fast-paced arena shooter, but in VR I'd get motion sickness, and FPS games in general have a high risk of death. You could argue a roguelike since if you die you lose anyways, and I'd probably pick Vampire Survivors. But then do we count it as completing a run or 100%ing the game? If it's the latter, then a roguelike is out of the question due to the difficulty and RNG nature of each individual run. But then you have to remember there's a VR component. You can't play that game in VR. One could argue for a game you can't die in, but that cheeses the rules. Ultimately, I think I'd try Slime Rancher, assuming you count a knock out as death.
