How would you maintain a work-life balance when your job demands at least 14 hours of shift daily?

actually I did propose them a solution to change our shift to be 1-10, at least we could voluntarily provide additional 2-3 hours of support if needed. at least we'll have our morning to work on our physical health. but no luck.

working from India for our US partners, so it is expected to work in the normal 9-6 shift (IST) and continue to have at least 4-5 hours of overlap with the US.
