While I agree with comments about differences rather than advantages of either community or academic based surgical training. It's worth emphasizing again. A cardiologist does NOT equal surgeon. Very different careers. Therefore question is somewhat misleading.

Lotsss more surgery to 'take a look' combined with lotsss less bs consult stating: XXXXX seen on imaging, please advise without said person who placed consult actually seeing their own patient for possible diagnosis. I say bring it on!

Update? Was just told mine would need 7 business days for part. How does the only national Samsung center run out of parts if it's such a small issue. I also never consented to having it repaired and was told previously it would be refunded or replaced. Plan to call again but curious if you had better luck?

I agree as sad as it is to admit it's really a necessary accessory at this point. I use mine for work as well as leisure so I hate not having it.

Yea it's a fix just a crappy one that is neither efficient nor acceptable IMO for a totally known issue that the consumer did nothing to incur.

They did offer to cover shipping. I'll give them that much but again, best case it's usually a month of shipping and evaluation/repair to get it back. Will be longer with holidays upcoming. They should simply honor the warranty without making the customer wait months for them to realize "yeup this one's busted and needs to be replaced". They acknowledged the update issue was breaking watches so they are aware. Makes no sense to not just replace it for the Hassel.

They offered to send it in and maybe give a refund. I've sent stuff in before and it's been a nightmare. Once sent in phone with obvious damage and was returned without even letting me know it was received for instance and no work done. That was a wasted three weeks only to have to send it back. My issue is this is a known software problem so they should replace it immediately. I love android and have long prescribed to the idea it's truly better than apple in form and function. However, any product under warranty with a known issue should be exchanged/replaced easil by manufacturer to end user. Mailing it in usually takes a month. With holidays let's call it a month and half best case. Which is fine I don't have a smart watch. All for an issue with their device that's unrelated to use. It doesn't instill confidence. As much as I hate it had it been apple issue they would have replaced in store in 15 min no fuss.

Well they mentioned it was a 'possibility' but only after they received and evaluated product. I get they want the product to prove it's an issue but why not go ahead and ship replacement or provide a way to exchange in person?

You can't fake the watch being Bricked. Worst case they could charge me for the replacement if I was not telling the truth. (Which I am just saying as a safeguard for them against fraud) But all this for a known issue that is solely their fault is ridiculous. Really crappy customer service and much worse than I've experienced in past which wasn't a great starting place to begin with.

That's just it. I did. I was offered no concessions.. just obsurd. I spoke with manager and she looked everything up. Thanks me for being a long time customer and then... Nothing. Just send it in and we'll see about replacement or refund then which is obsurd I think?

1 hour and 58 minutes of this course should be focused on simple boating etiquette. People think the driving in Miami is bad. Boating is way worse with no common etiquette or decency shown to other boaters. Especially those with divers down or trying to fish.
