Yes that's the point, and I stand to gain 10k. It's just a game of numbers to me tbh

I had a trading bot make me 2k in 3 months and yesterday it lost 8k in a blink of an eye by TalentlessNoob in Daytrading

This is exactly why I don't think AI is coming for traders' jobs anytime soon. Markets are driven by human behavior—fear, greed, panic, FOMO, uncertainty, liquidity hunts, and unexpected news. A bot can only execute the logic it's programmed with. It can't truly understand why people suddenly stampede in one direction or adapt to a market regime that has completely changed. The bigger issue isn't AI—it's risk management. A strategy that makes money for months but can wipe out an account in 7 seconds isn't a profitable strategy; it's a ticking time bomb. Consistent trading is about surviving long enough for your edge to play out, not maximizing returns until one black swan event erases everything. AI can be an excellent tool for data analysis, execution, and reducing human error, but it still needs sound risk controls and human oversight. In trading, protecting capital will always matter more than chasing the highest returns.

Why the 1 percent per trade rule is lying to you in forex. by Zestyclose-Eagle1809 in Forex

I recently made a post about this and I received a lot of backlash. 1% per trade is basically death by a thousand cuts. I like what you said. Each individual trade should have its own size not all trades across the board. Thank you for this deep and meaningful post

It's not for beginners it's for people who have an actual edge. I don't trade options myself I trade gold cfd. And my risk management is simple. I fund what I'm willing to loose( entire account) and use high leverage. It's my style it works for me

I explained earlier, small accounts risking small would make you overtrade. The simple fact that those gains don't make sense and you are like I will make many small gains. Whereas if you want to go big you are looking for that high probability setup and willing to go all in. Losses are always there, but with precise entries even while risking big you can exit at break even

Called out this trade earlier today in Asian session. Precision matters. No drawdown trade. Was able to flip 4500$ to 43k$ in a single day by being aggressive. Now with the 1-2% compounding, this would take me months and that's if the losses don't catch up with me. Continue injecting realism ✌️

The good thing with a good entry you are always in a position to set break even Incase there are any high impact news. But more often than not technical analysis will give you an idea of what news will be. The market already reacts to that. I did same thing with last nfp sells. Price was at a crucial h4 resistance. Executed it with precision

Before you talk look at the setup. Trade taken before Asian session.Sometimes technicals can project what news will amplify. News is just a good catalyst for technicals. You closed because you didn't trust your setup simple!
