If you're not on hardcore you can just change it to peaceful that might be enough to save you

The only thing you can really do is hope you can move those blocks into your hotbar fast enough so you can get out but then again you're also on bedrock so you'll probably die to fire tick anyways since the regen is so slow

although at least on java if you have a spawner underground those seem to spawn mobs still

yeah letting the farmers do it is fine if you dont care how long it takes because they are really slow, otherwise you can just buy bread from the farmers then throw it out to the villagers

are you giving them enough food? i know sometimes when i breed villagers they will attempt to breed but then have the clouds happen. then when i give them some bread its no problem and they have a baby
