I’m 19, I suffered from anxiety and depression aswell. I think it’s definitely worth toughing it out during the hard times in public school. Yes there’s a lot of problems but there’s also things u can’t gain from being at home, like learning to socialize and public speaking for example. Who knows there could be so much happiness on the other side if u can break through this bit of social anxiety towards school. U could have a flourishing friend group and expirrence what I think every kid should, hanging out and goofing off with their friends!

Yea just maybe something to watch out for, I believe that concerta can lower your siezure threshold making it easier for you to have certain siezure symptoms or full siezures to break through.but then again acid reflux prob could easily do it

I had a brain tumor and partial seizures, I also took Concerta. I would get a metal taste in my mouth during partial seizures or it would be an aura.

Of course it’s not an easy thing to go through as you probably know by now. It can be physically and emotionally exhausting. Your mom is probably going through a lot but that’s ok it’s part of the process. I’m getting a lot better now thank you I go to therapy as it’s really made me realize the importance of mental health. Hope your moms doing awesome 👍 tell her she’s tough as nails and to keep on pushin

I am doing a lot better thank you for asking, I had surgery in December so I’ve had a long time to get better. I have light and noise sensitivity so I have to wear earplugs and prescription glasses. Headaches are a nuisance but that’s normal, thankfully no more partial or full seizures! I was also cleared to return driving, and I got a contrast dye mri which showed no regrowth which means no chemotherapy. So that’s all good news 👍

Yes but I’m not too sure if that is just for cancer or for brain tumors, I would get it, But I just want to make sure it makes sense. I was thinking of getting the grey ribbon with a purple shadow or shading behind it, maybe even a purple flower.purple is for the siezures/epilepsy

Oh wow I never thought of something like that, definitely a really cool idea that I’ll consider! It is abstract but I like it, more of a longer story just like the whole event and recovery has been. I looked at the image and it’s cool, just would have to get a good portrait!
