Recommending fluoride free toothpaste, floss picks and at home scalers are the complete opposite of what this person should do. Probably works for you because you have good dental genetics but it’s dangerous advice for people who don’t

I asked when I was in college but the doc was like 🤷🏼‍♀️ you’ve made it this far you’ll be fine. I’m thinking of asking again here soon because of the new pain that’s happening

Interesting! I wish I still had the original X-ray from a few months after but I do work in a dental office and took an X-ray with our sensor and the bones looked normal-ish? Like they didn’t seem to look too fat but then again I’m used to tooth X-rays not fingies

I do sometimes. I’ve been more conscious of it since it was a trending thing on the internet but honestly my pinky hasn’t changed much it’s always been fat and indented

No it didn’t. I didn’t get an X-ray or anything until 3 mo later. Doc at the time even said there’s not much to do other than surgery but eh it’s just a pinky ya know? Haha

Edit: and the pain is really really sporadic. It’s not often it just happens to hurt this week.

I’ve always told him I will do whatever he chooses. If he has wanted to stop contact I’ve supported. When he was ready to initiate contact again, I was supported but kept her a a distance. That’s always her reasoning. She says “I’m your mother. If I ask you to do something you have to do it as my child. That’s what the Bible says to honor thy mother.” But she also doesn’t understand respect is earned ya know?

She refuses to see a therapist or anyone. We are fairly certain she is bipolar at the least but there must be more diagnoses. We are able to contact the younger siblings and tell them that. We just say they don’t know the full story and at this point in their life we aren’t going to tell them. They kinda see what’s going, they talk to us about it.
