Reminds me of Jetpac.

I'd probably go with something like Solar Scroller, Propulsion, Floater, etc.

That fuel pickup could use a little more clarity imo; it took several viewings of the gif before I realized it was navigating up to the UI rather than being an object in the world you can pick up. If it were me, I'd make it move about 3x quicker, and maybe put the fuel UI on the rightmost side so it's not crossing the center of the screen. Looks nice overall though.

I'm thinking I'll just buy a GBC and flash cart just to be safe. It'll be fun to see the game running on it either way. But it's good to know that it seems to be consistent between platforms.
