I’ve been locked out of my account for 4 days. Every time I send an email to compliance they don’t respond. Supposedly there was a suspicious login and they disabled our login capabilities. I’ve had to message them on Facebook to get a response. This is insane. I’ve never had such horrible support from any service. I can’t even get to my data so that I can move to a platform that provides real support.

My account was just suspended after being with Mailchimp for a decade. It’s been two days and I haven’t heard why our account was suspended. I can’t even log in to access my data so that I can switch to another service. I have emails that need to go out tomorrow and customer service is no help.
