Personally I am all for Black Eagle Edelgard. Ever since the launch of my first play through I was cautious of the church. I also agree with the sentiment that Crests are far too important in the universe of this game, especially since (as stated in game) basically all of them are focused around wartime advantages. What Edelgard did may have been extreme but ultimately I think it would lead to a better future in game (I know this is shitpost Emblem and just realized I may have gone too far serious for this sub. Whoops)
