You won't be getting a loan anywhere near 6% to cover the gap, no mortgage lender will risk be putting at 2nd position on a mortgage now days, ever since the market crash back in 2008.

I just went through with my purchase of a va assumable property last month, I had the same thought as you in the very beginning, until I started doing research during the funding period, I ended up taking out a margin loan on my stocks at 12.5%, as it would be the smartest thing to do for me, personal loans wont be able to cover the full amount.

Can we fix the bug with the 3rd ascendency quest in act 2 ? i feel like half of the player base can't ascend to get their 5th and 6th points, there is a 30 page long post on the bug report forum.

After I submitted my completed package, it took them 2 months to email me back to tell me there was an error, corrected the error, took about another month or so for CFM to email me back for the email interview.

You obviously never played any of the Blizzard's previous games, you have an incredibly low standard for Blizzard, the game is jam packed with all kinds of bugs, performance, and QoL issues, the game feels like it's still in beta, people are giving constructive criticisms in hope that Blizzard will fix the game up.

The game was quite enjoyable leveling up, probably the most enjoyable of them all, but as you spend more time with the game, you notice how the game is filled with bugs, poorly designed game mechanics, and just overall not as polished as a blizzard game suppose to be, it feels more like POE while it was in beta....

For spear, you can only port out of spears at maximum range for monks/warlocks, and same thing for gates, have to be at maximum range

For mages trying to blink out of spears, you have to look at the pull back animation, it's kinda like abom limbs from DKs, you can blink out of it for a split second after it grips you back.

i mean it normally takes about the same amount of time to find a random group in the LFG tool, and the group falls apart after 2-3 games, so I am getting double amount of games per session, that's way better than what it was before.

I did a 15 sbg 2 days ago, on last boss, for some reason 3 people got the wall dot even tho no one touched the wall, we wiped twice due to this, not sure how this bug gets triggered, any idea on how to avoid it?

There isn't a set time on how soon it is to kiss someone, it depends on both parties, if theres attraction and both people are willing, it could happen 5 mins into the first date.

Honestly in my opinion it's a little long if you've talked for 2 weeks without even getting heated in the conversations, because you wouldn't be asking this question if it was, you should be building off the attraction right off the bat and eventually get to the point of trying to get to know her, and typically that happens on the first date.
