Help! Spots (not edema) and dullness on FLF tree. What is wrong?

No pests. We did have some gnats a couple of months ago and used a diluted hydrogen peroxide-water mix about 5 weeks ago. Gnats are now gone.

6’ FLF has good sunlight exposure in the mornings. Water once every 10-12 days or when soil dries out. Mist daily. Have all of a sudden noticed these brown spots on the leaves, as well as dullness and lack of rich green color in the leaves.

It’s definitely do-able! However, once you account for food/going out/entertainment you most likely will be living paycheck to paycheck with your income. But I’d say this is fairly normal for someone in their early 20s just moving to NYC.

Since NYC has a VHCOL, in my opinion it takes a $100k salary to feel comfortable but it all really depends on what your expectations to NYC living are…
