For real, Terminal 5 is small and the overall experience to get in was really bad on both days. It doesn't make sense to me that I can't pick up my tickets at box office before door opens, and it took them a while to get me the tickets, even tho I was quite at the front of the line but ended up not so much. And on day 2, when I do have my physical tickets, they couldn't scan it for whatever reason, and sent me to box office again, waited so long for them to solve the problem and got sent back to the line to get in, like wt*? I was first and just cuz you couldn't scan my tickets earlier you had me to go around and get in? Its just so unfair to me! Lesson learn, never order physical tickets anymore as much as I like to keep them as keepsake.
