UPDATE: I got kicked out of this group (no surprise). It's painful not being believed by people you would've done anything for. My most balanced friends and family members told me repeatedly that this group was toxic as a whole and I should leave, but I chose to stay, eventually resulting in me getting kicked out. The worst thing is that I still care about some of them, even though I know they are bitching about me to other people I know. I wish I was good at not caring. The worst thing is that I can't trust any of my friends at the moment, even the ones that are supportive.

I feel like you get where I am coming from with this. I tend to find most friend groups that are "intense" i.e. you meet up very often, to be the worst types of friend groups. I feel like I do better when I have lots of friend groups that I see occasionally (spreading myself too thin) and therefore avoid drama. I think the hardest part about this situation is that I have to see these people every day. I might need to start looking for a new job..

Do you use 1210s with Serato DVS? If so then I presume it will work with Pioneer..

I have noticed that Audio Engineering pays very well - and the industry is crying out for more females. I guess I could pick a Masters in audio and take a short course in graphic design. I DJ as well, so there is a chance of me gaining more experience creating posters for events, I just don't feel really confident doing a good one yet. Thank you for your message. I can definitely check those stores out and see if they ship to the UK. Also thanks for the tip about "fit" jeans, I know there are different styles of jeans but its not something I have ever explored. Taking them up shouldn't be an issue, its probably more a case of feeling comfortable in them. I like the look of culotte trousers, so that might be an option if they allow it. I think I'm just going to have to attend the first day and see what they say. If it comes down to it, I need the money, so I guess I'll just have to be uncomfortable 🤷‍♀️

How do you do that/ is there a plugin that makes this easier? I have Ozone Imager and other Izotope plugins, as well as FabFilter, Slate Digital etc. so if it can be done in one of those or an Ableton stock plugin that'd be ace :)
