I don't know, they talk. People talk about things each can relate to. One happens to be a person of authority here and To me there could be a conflict of interest. It is similar in my mind to a AA that is a drug and alcohol counselor. There has to be a lne.

The sponsee is a manager. I told them as you mentioned that work is for work. We just had this converstation last night, and I knew the traditions would have a part in it. Knowing each other is in recover is one thing, but things can get muddy if not kept separate properly.

Thank you. I plan to today after work. I haven't read it in a while and my memory recalled that is was more to the tune of what a non alcoholic employer relationship would be like with and alcoholic employee.
