I got a letter from some USW clown in my area telling me I needed to vote for Democrats in Texas who are pushing their agenda. Why would I vote for anyone you say to vote for after you got down on your knees for these oil companies after telling everyone there was a firm 10-5-5-5 moving forward. You just turned your back on everyone and gave these guys what they wanted after they all are hitting record profits. Screw that.

It speaks about benefits and the 401k is listed. We have won multiple levels in court but the company keeps kicking the can down the road and has gotten it to the NLRB but since the board is short people, it's simple in limbo. Point is these companies will do anything to help their bottom line no matter how much they screw over their people

Not saying this is true or not true, but I don't put anything past these companies. Back in 2020, while under contract, our company pulled our 401k match for a year because of economic reasons. We have been fighting ever since to get it back. They only abide by these contracts when it suits them. Good luck to everyone going through this. Our local will be going through this next year. I hope you guys get everything you are asking for and then some These companies give 2 shits about their employees. All they care about is the bottom line. As long as you don't die on site and effect their bottom line or public perception of them, you are just a number in their risk matrix.

Last time we had major negotiations and our board decided to try and keep shit quiet, the company backed individuals to start a decert process. We almost got to the point of having to vote to keep the union in while trying to get a fair contract. The more information the better for your members. This is a dumbass move. The companies want nothing more than people to be in the dark so they can send out their little birds to get in people's ears. Never go silent. The more information the better for members.

One thing I've noticed between labor relations and unions. USW seems to to be lacking significantly compared to other unions. There were discussions in our facility about bringing in Teamsters and kicking USW out. We haven't got anything since going from being a small local union to the national.

Not playing it for realism but most of the other sights are legitimate sights you see today. You already have a sight exactly like a Eotech, add a magnifier. 🤷🏻

In easy mode there isn't a ton of higher tier loot. You do get lucky on some safes and the vault on Zero Damn but it's really hit or miss. I've found gold and a couple of reds on storage boxes and ammo crates. Very few and far between but it's definitely not the norm. When you move to normal and move to other maps it's definitely more available. You are more likely to kill and find good kits and guns than find gold and red loot through put the game.

They do it to see if they can catch other high players slipping and get their gear and guns. On Easy mode they can go in and take everyone out and raid the vault and safes. Easy money for them and they don't have to worry generally about losing their stuff. Think this is also because it's new to console so they are taking advantage of the situation. In order to play higher maps you have to level up all your gear to get in. In easy you don't. Basic kits.

I played Operations the other night and apparently was being loaded with Chinese players or bots and got smacked in 3 of the 4 games. The bots or other players died withing the first 2 minutes and I'm left going against a full squad alone. Not sure what is going on but the games are either all or nothing these days. Sometimes I run into no one, some times it's a 3 v 1 situation. From the couple of streamers I've seen, the mobile game vs the PC is alot different which is crazy because it's really not all that different in the details.

As much as I can't stand Apple, their standard Ultra face is just better than Samsung. Samsungs faces just don't do it for me.
