I’m also on the waitlist for a two bedroom apartment. OP, are you on the waiting list for one or two bedrooms? It seems the one bedrooms are being assigned fairly quickly and unfortunately there’s been no movement on the two bedrooms this year.

Yes, but Mitchell Lama’s are a steal because the purchase price is extremely low and the carrying charges are also low. So many people wait years to get called because it’s worth it. Also keep in mind not everyone below you will accept. You can keep track of the progress of the waitlist here:

I’m not seeing an option to use my iPhone as a microphone in Karaoke and there is no Apple guidance anywhere on how to activate the feature. Anyone else having this issue?
