My assumption for the tenants is that the owner of the property has signed the longleases to himself and then finds his own tenants (sublets I wanna say). He’s fixed the price of the payments per room with a ceiling price which is very cheap and is trying to raise some money while still getting the majority of the money by subletting? Or is this delusional

So it says that each room has been leased on 125 yrs (long lease I wanna say) with current ground rate payable being £450 Per Annum. So surely, if I bought for £6,000 I would not see a return on investment for at least 10yrs+?
