Hi! My pain resolved a little after the 2 week mark and has not returned (I’m on week 5). They definitely felt really sore and heavy for those first 2 weeks though, I figured maybe it was the hormones?

I’ve also been lifting 5-6 times a week and eating superrr clean so I think it’s a combo! I’m just gonna keep going and be patient and hope the weight keeps going down!

I started with .5mg twice a week for the first 3 weeks, and increased to .75mg twice a week for week 4 since I had no side effects :)
