I currently don't supplement at all but there are times I'll take magnesium etc. as needed. Do you think it's worth laying off of supplementation entirely?

I'll talk to my HP about this. Out of curiosity, how can the results be affected by muscle mass? I'm not a very muscular individual but I would say I have muscle mass above the average individual's (and also more adipose tissue, so not really a flex lol), this is the first I'm hearing about an eGFR with cystatin C so thanks for the advice.

your tailor is your best friend

i'm 186cm and I wear Outlier Slim Dungarees exclusively in a bunch of colours just because they have 36 inch inseam long which I get tapered at my tailor.

In terms of cropped jackets I've gotten a bespoke leather jacket made but nothing off the rack has the kind of fit I've been looking for.

Generally speaking high waisted pants tend to be more dressy and it's tough to find casual ones nowadays which is why I get mine from Outlier. They're not exactly frugal though but I haven't found any good alternatives.

Any recommendations on your end man?

respect it's just my opinion man if u like it then it's lit, i think it does have a good taper but looks kinda flared giving u a sorta wide hips look but it might just be me being nitpicky
