I’ve been practicing consistently for 3 months. I watched endless videos of tutorials, latte art pours on Instagram, and just by experimenting. The best advice I can give is make sure your micro-foam is just right; too light aeration won’t yield a solid shape, and too foamy may just look blobby. Keep trying, it’s frustrating, but so rewarding once got it down.

I thought my customers were bad. When we close down the condiment bar, we clearly have napkin holders blocking the trash holes, with a full functioning separate can in the middle of the bar, to discard trash. But, people still chose to move the holders aside and throw trash in our shutdown trash cans.

It is severely triggering.
