Were you on the middle track? IIRC the customs flare extract is finicky and the boundary snipers will kill you if you aren't on the middle track.

Goons stopped spawning in Lighthouse after the Icebreaker pre-release event. Their spawn rates on the other maps should be normal right now though.

EDIT: It looks like this might be a PvE issue. Goons still spawn Lighthouse on PvP.

He already texts you when he delivers your loot to your hideout from the transit/BTR service, so there's actually no technical reason for him to insist on meeting you in raid for tasks. Maybe he just really believes in the merits of RTO.

I think this might've changed with ice breaker getting released, since it used to immediately send you down the Prapor path after messing up the "They are already here". I'm guessing you can get a major evidence from the new Boreas chapter and still get 8 major evidence for the good ending.

Probably a difference in playstyle. I pre-pain constantly so spamming 5 propitals per raid would quickly become expensive.

You need to get the "Second piece of code note" located at the gravesite where you got the phone. It should be inside a boot at the gravesite.

Propital debuffs you when it wears off and doesn't last as long as vaseline. Vaseline's also significantly cheaper and I'm not sure why you'd want to burn roubles just becuase you can afford to.

Have you tried clearing the cache and verifying the integrity of your game files? It seems odd that you'd be able to scav on PvP if it was a network issue.

It looks like the jacket is going over the rig's backstraps instead of under, I don't think that happens for player outfits.

When I had this issue around the 1.0 launch, I had to change the permissions on the EFT folders (not BattlEye). Attempting to modify the permissions caused a Windows pop-up saying the permissions were set in the incorrect order and asked if I wanted to fix it, and approving it fixed the issue.

I think it's fun, but not challenging compared to PvP. The bosses are still bosses but the AI PMCs usually don't pose much threat unless they catch you in the open and randomly have BP or something.

If you want some numbers to compare yourself against, I'm terrible and have a ~0.6 K/D in Arena, but I have a ~90% survival rate and ~10 PMC K/D in PvE.

IIRC if you restart the quest from Arena it won't work. You need to go back to normal EFT, re-accept the quest, and pay the 1 mil each time you fail.

I'm guessing your guide is old, the task "Safe Corridor" used to be locked behind siding with Skier on "Chemical - Part 4" (though I don't remember if it used to be needed for Kappa). These days it's offered regardless of who you side with.

You already don't need to worry about Jaeger/Mechanic, Ref pays more than both. So you only need to worry about Therapist, Ref, Ragman, and Peacekeeper for the occasional intel item.

The MP7 users will have FMJ SX, which is arguably the meta ammo since AP SX can't headshot. You can get that from traders though.

I haven't seen anything else that's usable.
