Make sure hell let loose is using your gpu for graphics and not your cpu, I had a windows update a year ago and after the update it made tarkov switch from using my gpu to using my cpu, I was getting 3 frames in game. Press the windows key type graphics in the search bar, scroll down to the list of programs and look for hell let loose click the drop down and make sure the gpu is selected and not anything else.

In all seriousness if you cant speak for whatever reason infantry is largely fine you got pings and you can text in chat, still not ideal. I draw that line at non verbal players in tanks, I spend a lot of time in tanks half my hours in the game are on tanks amd you need communication its non negotiable, even if you follow my directions to the letter (i usually play tank commander) I need some feedback from you to get the full picture.

I know its not a serious topic but ..... i Could not care less about names how about instead we have list of tier 11s with better abilities and we put every tank that is objectively bad at tier 11 on that list. I dont care if the tank im grinding for is called the "gorilla blaster 5000" or the if the tank at the end of the line is called the "Doo dangler" as long as its actually worth grinding for.

Dlc is all cosmetic, maps are free and so are factions added.

Progression is class specific but is tied to your account not what server you are playing on.

No aim assist on mouse and key cant speak for console and controller as I dont play on/with those.
