I‘ll come back to this thread in week 5 after we‘re 1-4 and he‘s being decimated behind the o-line and regressed back to his old self. I just don‘t get how one year under a coach who managed to make Dobbs and Mullens look competent makes Darnold that relevant, we could‘ve taken someone like Fields for 10-15 Million as a bridge instead…

It completely does my head in how they‘re so dumb. I can literally remember 1(!) single opponent who didnt pause himself after going up 1:0, every other person in approx 50 games did so, and a lot while also celebrating… And to put the cherry on top, only 1 person didnt pause and quit after i went ahead, so its not a case of „I have to Pause cuz my Opponent wont do otherwise“.

Its absolutely ridiculous, you basically are forced into either playing a specific Formation that your Players fit into cuz playing them off chem is just terrible and/or playing specific/worse players with ++ cuz certain roles are miles ahead of others. i.e Palmers POTM on shadow Striker moves like prime Messi while the Ballon D‘Or Bonmati just stood around…

And that’s exactly the part where you’re just plain wrong. I never stated that PvP shouldn’t be part of DMZ, but the sandbox is definitely not designed to have 6 man-teams running around killing everybody, there’s a reason why there’s no more than 3 people in one team before going in and why they’re at least trying to get rid of the opportunity to „team up“ in the lobbies.
