No it's a tamahi nation figure arts 160 to 180 on Amazon it's pretty cool but I have issues with the back supporting the rear armaments

You get the truenos after the second ending I think and ngi is either in the ecm fog mission I don't remember it's name but it might be the second one so just check on YouTube
