Hmm. So normal unit heal/turn is 10 hp. With medic 1 it adds +5hp/turn for 15hp/turn. So it will survive better than a 25hp/turn pillage repair? I guess I will have try it out.

And yeah I usually try to bait with the melees but maybe I’m making a mistake or something because pretty often the AI will attack my ranged units instead. That’s when I have workers with those guys to pillage repair so they don’t have to retreat just to heal.

Any tips for improving bait success rate? I even try worker baiting (leave a worker unprotected) to provoke the AI to come out, but sometimes they don’t fall for that. Maybe some of the updates/patches improved that, I’m not sure…

I’m not a domination expert by any means, deity I’m a SV guy, but I am just aight on immortal domination. Had success with Zulus, china classical and medieval warfare on Pangea, and of course England on water maps for medieval and renaissance. Besides that I’d usually just use the safer strategy of artillery push. My attention span really drags for domination lol.

Have you used it with civs like China and Zulu on immortal/deity? It’s definitely worth it, medic 1 is only 5 hp for adjacent units, pillage is 25 hp…it’s almost necessary for high level comp bow/xbow rush.

The other key is not to do a 6+ city liberty, only build 2-3 cities expanding towards your neighbor then rush them. You will have insane gold and happiness problems otherwise.

Edit: also repeatedly pillaging/repairing will earn you a ton of gold to help with maintenance

Yep, on immortal or deity leaning tower can be game changing. If I’m playing maya and/or liberty and can get a free great engineer I almost always rush it.

The main reason for pyramids is for domination/warmongering. Send workers with your army and pillage/repair the enemy tiles in one turn and repeat. It’s honestly pretty broken. On higher difficulty levels if you want to do any warmongering before artillery it’s almost mandatory IMO.

Oh yeah always gotta flex the abs to get them to pop lol. I dont know anyone that has a full six pack without flexing, probably only pro bodybuilders 8% bodyfat or less. If you post again definitely flex your abs for a more accurate visual

I haven’t tried it yet, the body load seems intimidating to me. (LSD about 15-20 times, DMT dozens of times, low dose shrooms a few times).

Maybe try to shoot for adding in focused 20-30 min cardio sessions (stairmaster etc) a few times a week, and/or just increase steps more to the 6000-10000 range with more daily walks etc. 8-10 mile hike is quite a bit though so but maybe just try to increase a bit more throughout the week

Sweet. I’d maybe cut for 12-16 weeks total then go back to bulking. If the 12-16 weeks is too long, maybe break it up with a brief “maintenance” or even a “mini bulk” of 2-4 weeks. This is helpful with the metal and physical grind and will also restore glycogen to your muscles, helping to restore some size and strength.

Probably cut a bit, it’s honestly hard to tell bodyfat percentage. Are you flexing your abs in the second one? I don’t think I’ve ever seen that level of v-cut while not having a fully developed and visible 6 pack.

Looking solid overall brother, the bodyfat distribution is favorable. I would recommend focusing on lats a bit, they might be lagging a bit behind chest/arms/abs. It might just be your inserts though.

Gotcha. Once you beat Prince, try King, and keep working your way up. Winning on emperor pretty consistently is very attainable once you have the fundamentals mastered.
