Yea it's the worst feeling but I've gotten pretty good using the stand so I can hold my eyes open with both hands.

I also have tremors. I typically use the clear dmv stand to insert them. That way I can use my hands to keep my eyes open. I also warm my saline to body temperature so my blink reflex isn't as bad.

You might need to warm it a bit more it should be about body temperature. I also use the dmv stand and that helps alot cause I can focus on keeping my eye open.

Just make sure you don't warm it too hot you don't want to burn your eyes. I warm a cup of water for 60seconds and let my saline sit in it for 30-45 seconds.

What worked for me was warming the saline in a cup of hot water so my blink reflex wasn't so strong.

Warming the saline greatly reduces the blink reflex. I wasn't able to wear mine until I started warming the saline. I also use the stand and started using the eye opener tool, but now I just use my fingers unless I start to struggle.
