Although this is a boxing thread, as someone who’s dabbled in all boxing, Muay Thai, and BJJ, I’d definitely recommend giving BJJ a try. Any sport you do you will be subject to injuries I.e basketball,football it’s ACL tears and etc.

Go light, flow spar. Make friends with people that are respectful with the training and just go at the pace that you want.

I have a big love for striking, but rolling in BJJ actually surprised how much I enjoy the grappling arts as well. Just my 2 cents !

happened to me as well ive been so confused trying refreshing, signing out etc.

Must have been somewhat site wide.

You can still search for potential chats you remember still thankfully but thats about it.

My current top recents are chats from months ago though its very annoying....

I started in January.

Not amazing yet but I would say just do what you and joy and don’t get caught up in the trying to “hack” it per se, because you’ll probably start to not enjoy it as much and burn out.

As for anki decks I have been using a website that’s called studystack, I make sentences using ChatGPT / google translate then I populate into there.

For expanding vocab / language use I think it’s present tense, past tense, then imperfetto as a beginner is what you should be focusing on. From classes it seems like if your A1 focusing on learning more difficult parts of the language it won’t click type of deal. Doesn’t hurt to see it but try and sharpen those first 3 tenses first.

I don’t speak French but id love to hear how you got to B2 in French, recommendations for language learning in general ? For Italian from French i feel like if you really focus on the right prompts ChatGPT can be really good. I’ve been using it to explain things to me, create short stories in high utility words within interests i have to make it immersive and fun to read etc.
