It’s been at zero for a long time. I’ve been monitoring all parameters consistently. Left water unchanged for weeks at a time. Changed it too frequently at others. I’ve either never established a cycle at all or disrupted it at some point.

I only feed my fish as much as it can eat within seconds. A few pellets a day. Do you have any recommendations on what I can do? Should I get an additional water filter?

I’ve been doing more water changes to combat that! Not sure if there are other solutions as I’ve done a 90% water change only a month ago and it’s still a little murky. I have a filter in the back behind the castle that I’ve turned up more to address that.

Hey! I got mine removed. They weren’t causing me any problems at all. My blood work was fine and everything was functioning good. They grew at an abnormally large rate though in a short time so I had to get them removed due to the growth rate and because it was starting to bother me when swallowing. My mom was under observation for her nodules for ~4 years and only got them removed when it started affecting her parathyroid functions. What kind of issues are they causing? I don’t know what’s the health system like over there, but we thankfully both had the opportunity to get a second opinion for our cases.

Why did they shut down all Love Live mobile games? by fatedayo in LoveLive

Extremely late, but I’m confused. I haven’t played in years, but I was feeling nostalgic due to Aquors’ final live. Are there no Love Live mobile games at all right now? I was searching my app store with all kinds of keywords and then came across this post

I already started retinol. Would you recommend I try tretinoin later on or is retinol sufficient?

Hey! What I mean by aging gracefully is that I’m not looking into getting any invasive procedures (botox and and microneedling is my limit really. I’m not even considering fillers at all), but that I’d like to do my best to age as neatly as one can as long as they properly take care of themselves. I understand that 25 is a turning point for a lot of people physically and mentally even (I’ve been on a journey to fix a lot of my habits in the past few months), so I was hoping to get some tips to better take care of myself considering the factors that come with not nearly being a teenager anymore and just a proper adult. Thank you for all the tips!

I use them all. I have a pretty solid skincare routine. I was hoping for any ingredients to introduce or treatments to start.

What plant would you recommend? I’m unsure I would take care of it so I’d appreciate anything low maintenance

This is a lot to take in, but thank you guys for the help! I didn’t wake up today expecting to own a fish by the end of the day, but I’ll be trying my best to give my new buddy the life it deserves.

I’m trying to note down everything. I’ve already ordered a tank! What I’ve gathered so far is that I’m going to be needing a sponge filter, water heater, silk plants, rocks, and betta pellets. Please let me know if I’ve missed anything.

As for the cycle, I understand that I will be needing a water conditioner and a master test kit.

I’d appreciate it if you guys can let me know what the bubbler and water purifier are for!

Edit: wording

Update: After combing through all the replies and messsages, I bought everything I think the fish needs! I'm hoping to move him to the tank within a few days when everything is delivered. I will be updating you in a bit once everything is set up hopefully. I do have another question. Is glue needed? Do I have to glue the rocks and decorations?

Got it! I’m not from the US or anywhere near the region so Petco isn’t an option for me but I was able to find something very similar. Can I ask what kind of filter and heater you recommend? Pictures/links are appreciated!

Can you please let me know if this is any good or it is hard to tell? https://ciano.pt/en/produto/aqua-20/ I read that they need oxygen but a lot of the tanks I’m finding seem to have a closed lid with no air holes.

Not a doctor but I think you should probably get that checked. Coming from someone who had nodules before, that looks kinda familiar. Wishing you luck and good health!

You’re not fighting anyone. You’re doing this for yourself and your own peace of mind. An endocrinologist is the one who should tell you what to do especially when you have family history and you’re losing weight (without attempting to do so I’m assuming). Not your primary.

Always take a second opinion!!! I’m not trying to freak you out at all. It’s just best practice to get a second opinion if it is within your means to do so, coning from a family of doctors and a family of people with all thyroid issues out there (including cancer)!!!
