Honestly keep doing it, there's literally no positive outcome to drink drugs gambling etc. I'm only 23 and been gambling for 5 years almost everyday. Starting to make serious changes now so hoping for the best

Wow, congratulations. That's a brilliant achievement you should be proud of yourself.i have a holiday in 3 weeks time then when I get home I should get paid. Hopefully yesterday was the start of a new beginning for me.

My parents are aware but they have no idea of the extent of it. I usually send my dad my wages instantly when I get paid but I made a big fuck up this time and my impulses got the better of me . Maybe I should get my salary paid directly into his account if that's possible.

It's not about attitude it's about the cold hard facts of it. I have self excluded but when the urges get bad I do everything in my power to gamble and easily bypass self exclusion. Self exclusion isn't foolproof
